How to Plant Your Jaitun (Olive) Plant
Step-by-step guide — like the manual that comes with the plant
Unbox & Acclimatize
- Carefully open the package — inspect leaves and roots for any transit stress.
- Place the plant in a shaded, cool area for 1–2 days before shifting to its final spot.
- Do NOT water immediately after delivery — let the plant settle first.
Choose the Right Location

- Ensure good air circulation. Avoid low-lying spots where water can collect.
- For pot growing: choose a container 2–3 inches wider than the nursery bag.

- Add a 1–2 inch layer of gravel or broken pot pieces at the bottom for drainage.
- Fill the pot 1/3 with your prepared mix before placing the plant.
Plant the Sapling

- Fill soil around the roots firmly, pressing gently to remove air pockets.
First Watering
- Water slowly and thoroughly until water drains freely from the bottom holes.
